N305M | Bronze Close Coupled Flexible Impeller Pump

The N305M range offers portable, high-performance flexible impeller pumps constructed from durable bronze, complete with a sturdy all-stainless-steel shaft. These versatile pumps accommodate both AC and DC motors, ensuring they're compatible with a variety of power sources.

Outstanding Features & Benefits:

  • Corrosion-Resistant Bronze Build: Your pump stays robust in the harshest of environments.

  • Easy Maintenance: Impellers and cams can be replaced quickly, minimizing downtime.

  • Flexible Operation: Standard neoprene impellers are included, with nitrile options available for diverse applications.

  • Reversible Wear Plate & Nitrile Mechanical Seal: These elements enhance the pump's durability and longevity.

  • Adaptable Placement: Operate the pump in any position to suit your spatial requirements.

  • Portable Convenience: Easily transport your pump wherever it's needed.

  • Secure Sealing: A nitrile O-ring seal eliminates the common issues associated with gaskets.

  • Drive Efficiency: Directly driven by an electric motor shaft with an aluminum adapter for secure connection. Reversible motor rotation is possible by switching the supply leads, which also reverses the pump ports.

  • Fluid Compatibility: Ideal for pumping fresh and saltwater solutions, and mild chemicals. Avoid using with harsh solvents or acids and ensure to flush with fresh water after use to maintain optimal condition.

  • Temperature Resilience: Operates within a temperature range of 40°F to 180°F. To prevent freezing, drain the pump and use suitable anti-freeze compounds.

  • Impressive Suction Lift: Achieve up to 15 feet of suction lift when the impeller is wet, with airtight suction lines for effective self-priming. A foot valve is recommended at the start of the suction line.

  • Easy Impeller Replacement: To maintain peak performance, replace the impeller if it shows signs of wear or damage. The process is simple: remove the cover screws, extract the impeller, and insert a new one, aligning it properly with the shaft key. For long-term storage, remove the impeller to prevent blade deformation.
