With their compact and portable design, these pumps are ideal for use in a multitude of settings, offering both flexibility and durability.

Key Advantages:

  • Lasting Bronze Build: Enjoy the robustness of bronze for enduring performance and minimal maintenance.

  • Strong Stainless Steel Shafts: Depend on the strength and stability of stainless steel for all your pumping needs.

  • Convenient Portability: Move your pump easily from site to site, thanks to its portable and space-saving design.

  • Simplified Impeller Service: Quick and easy impeller replacement keeps your operations running smoothly.

  • Effortless Macerator Change: With an easily replaceable macerator, maintenance is hassle-free.

  • Adaptable Wear Plate: Extend the lifespan of your pump with the reversible wear plate.

Enhanced Performance Features:
Our Close Coupled Rubber Impeller Pumps boast an efficient design, with the rubber impeller securely attached to a stainless steel motor shaft or mounted on a separate shaft for a snug fit over the motor shaft. Crafted from high-quality Neoprene rubber, our impellers ensure efficient performance, with Buna N options on hand for specialized applications. Each motor comes equipped with reliable ball or sleeve bearings, and select models boast a mechanical seal for superior protection..

Streamlined Drive Arrangement:
The pumps are designed for direct mounting onto electric motors, using a compatible bronze plate for seamless installation with Nema C flange motors.

Fluid Compatibility and Temperature Range:
Our pumps are optimized for a variety of liquids, operating within a temperature range of 40°F to 140°F (4 - 60°C). They're not suitable for gasoline or solvents but can manage oil-contaminated water and kerosene with Buna N impellers. In freezing conditions, simply drain the pump and fill the chamber with antifreeze to protect it.

Outstanding Suction Power:
Get started with ease, as our pumps require initial priming to prevent dry running. Achieve impressive suction lifts up to 15 feet (4.6 m) when the pump is fully primed. For the best performance, use a foot valve with a built-in strainer and keep suction lines as short as possible.
