Bronze Rotary Gear Pump - N1000

Experience the reliability of our Bronze Gear Pump N1000, expertly crafted to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This pump is designed with high-quality bronze casings and gears, paired with robust 303 stainless steel shafts for unmatched durability. The innovative carbon-graphite bearing material is selected for its exceptional wear resistance, contributing to the pump's extended service life.

Key Features:

  • Corrosion-resistant bronze castings for enhanced durability
  • Precision-engineered bronze gears for smooth operation
  • 303 stainless steel shafts and fasteners for structural integrity
  • Variety of seal options, including formed ring seal packing (with lip and mechanical seals available upon request)
  • High-performance, self-lubricating carbon bearings for reduced maintenance
  • Steady, positive displacement flow for accurate liquid metering

Flexible Drive Options:

Our pump is versatile, allowing for either a direct drive with a flexible coupling or a pulley drive system. Proper alignment is crucial for flexible coupling setups, and for pulley drives, to avoid overtightening the belt. For high-pressure applications or larger pumps, consider an external ball bearing support – our team is available for consultation to ensure optimal setup.

Optimal Liquid Handling and Temperature Management:

To maximize service life, use clean liquids with lubricating properties. Our pump's precision construction may be affected by abrasives like sand or powders, which can accelerate wear. It is compatible with any liquid that doesn't react with bronze or stainless steel, provided the right seals are used. We recommend flushing the pump after use to maintain its condition.

The pump operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°F to 400°F (-40°C to 204°C), with certain seal materials having a maximum of 212°F (100°C). Protect your investment by avoiding temperature extremes and preventing liquid from freezing inside the pump.

Enhanced Suction Lift Capability:

Our rotary gear pump boasts an impressive suction lift of up to 20 feet (6.1 meters), thanks to its precise tolerances and effective pumping action. Although self-priming, a foot valve enhances performance. For an initial dry start, pre-wet the gears with the intended liquid. This retained liquid will facilitate subsequent starts by pre-wetting the pump.
