Bronze Rotary Gear Pump - N2000

Elevate your fluid handling capabilities with our robust Bronze Gear Pump N2000, engineered for reliability and performance. Constructed with premium-grade bronze for housings and gears, and complemented by 303 stainless steel shafts, this pump is built to last. The carbon-graphite bearings are specially chosen for their wear resistance, ensuring a long and efficient service life.

As a positive displacement pump, the N2000 is designed to consistently move a precise volume of liquid with each shaft revolution, providing a steady flow that is minimally influenced by discharge line backpressure. With a direct relationship between shaft speed and flow rate, you gain full control over your pumping needs.

Outstanding Features:

  • Corrosion-resistant bronze for long-lasting service
  • Precision-molded bronze gears for superior performance
  • Durable 303 stainless steel shafts and fasteners
  • Customizable seal options, including standard formed ring seal packing and special-order lip and mechanical seals
  • Heavy-duty, self-lubricating carbon bearings to minimize maintenance
  • Reliable positive displacement flow for accurate volume delivery

Flexible Drive Solutions:

Tailor the pump's drive mechanism to your needs with either a direct drive and flexible coupling or a pulley drive setup. Ensure proper alignment for flexible couplings and to avoid over-tightening belts with pulley drives. For heavier-duty applications, consider an external ball bearing support for added stability – our experts are here to provide guidance.

Optimized for Various Liquids and Temperatures:

The N2000 pump performs best with clean, lubricating liquids, safeguarding against wear from abrasive substances like sand or silt. It's compatible with any liquid that's safe for bronze and stainless steel, as long as the correct seals are used. To maintain peak condition, we recommend flushing the pump after each use.

Our pump operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40°F to 400°F (-40°C to 204°C), while some seal materials are rated up to 212°F (100°C).
To protect your pump, avoid letting liquids freeze inside it and try to maintain a consistent temperature.

Enhanced Suction Lift Capabilities:

Thanks to its precise tolerances and effective pumping action, the N2000 gear pump can lift water up to 20 feet (6.1 meters) on the suction side. While the pump is self-priming, using a foot valve can optimize performance. Pre-wetting the gears with the intended liquid can also facilitate smoother initial starts, and the pump's design helps retain liquid for easier subsequent operation.

Please note that for pressures over 100 psi (6.9 bar), the N2000 is ideal for pumping fluids with natural lubrication, such as oils and polymers. Service life may be reduced when pumping non-lubricating fluids like water or solvents.
