Choose between a stainless or Alloy C housing for a robust alloy C chemical pump.

Gears are available in 316 stainless, W88 stainless, and Alloy C, as well as advanced materials like PTFE, Polyphenylene Sulfide, and Polyetheretherketone.

Shafts and bearings are offered in 316 stainless steel or Alloy C, with bearings also available in Carbon or PTFE.

Seamless Drive Integration
A flexible coupling industrial pump, the CHEMSTEEL™ RM103 M is driven directly from the electric motor shaft. A close-coupled adapter connects the pump to the motor, ensuring compatibility with NEMA/IEC motor frame gear pump standards for global use.

Handling Extreme Conditions
This high-temperature resistant pump is adept at managing clear lubricating and non-lubricating fluids up to 450°F (232 °C) and is also a viscous liquid gear pump capable of moving fluids up to 100,000 cps (462,000 SSU) at reduced shaft speeds.

Superior Suction and Maintenance
The pump's suction lift capability reaches 20 feet (~6 m), distinguishing it as a powerful self-priming gear pump. Maintenance is facilitated by a three-part housing for quick disassembly, while TFE encapsulating silicone O-ring pump housing seals ensure a leak-proof pump design with long-lasting seals.

Each CHEMSTEEL™ pump is designed with longevity in mind, providing the longest life available from a gear pump. To extend this lifespan, a CHEMSTEEL pump repair kit can be ordered by simply adding a “K” to the end of the model number.

Connections are 1/4” female NPT or BSPT, making these pumps a cavitation-resistant gear pump with standardized fittings. The pump hardware is metric, and the close-couple adapters mount to both NEMA and IEC standard motor frame sizes, ensuring a fit that is as reliable as it is versatile.
