Our Helical Gearing Stainless Steel Gear Pump offers a significant noise reduction of up to 10db. 

These pumps also feature bi-directional operation, perfect for applications requiring a reversing flow pump.

Unmatched Suction and High-Temperature Operation 
The CHEMSTEEL™ R106-M Stainless Steel Gear Pump boasts a suction lift capability of 20 feet (~6 m) for new pumps and is self-priming, making it a reliable choice for various industrial applications. It efficiently handles clear, lubricating, and non-lubricating fluids at temperatures up to 450°F (232°C), ensuring optimal performance even in high-temperature conditions. These pumps will handle viscous fluids up to 100,000 cps (462,000 SSU) at reduced shaft speeds, accommodating a wide viscosity range. 

Maintenance is straightforward with our three-part housing, which allows for quick disassembly. The pump's full-size bearings, matched to the gear diameter, eliminate the need for separate wear plates, while the TFE encapsulating silicone o-ring pump housing seals with elastic memory ensure a long-lasting seal without the need for frequent re-torqueing.

Its dimensions are nearly interchangeable with competitive pumps, facilitating an effortless upgrade to a CHEMSTEEL™ pump.
